Where do you ship?

Orders will only be shipped within the UK. Please note, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary next day delivery on orders over £30. For orders less than £30, the shipping charge is £2.50.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can view all your orders from your account. But once you submit an order, it’s already in the works and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us if you don’t have an account or have questions.

When will I receive my order?

Orders received before 3pm will be shipped the same day with next day delivery*.

Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day*.

Working days for us are Monday to Friday (not including UK Bank / Public Holidays).

Please note, we do not despatch or deliver at weekends or public holidays and are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Do you take returns?

If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of your purchase and we will be happy to assist you.
